Important Information

Assumption of RISK: Adventure Park offers the utmost care and performs regular maintenance to provide a safe place to play; however, as with any playground there are risks involved.

 

By entering the Park as an "onlooker" or as a "participant" whether as an "adult OR minor" (adults purchasing "entrance" for minors in their custodial, parental, or supervisory care accept and assume full responsibility and act as releasing agent for said minor) fully understand and agree to ACCEPT and ASSUME all risks involved both foreseen and unforeseen of any injury or serious bodily injury including but not limited to permanent disability, paralysis and death, which may be caused by your own actions or inactions or those of others participating.

 

You further agree to release and indemnify, save and hold harmless Adventure Park Inc., its respective owners, officers, administrators, agents, volunteers, employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers and the lessors of premises on which the Activity takes place, (each considered one of the "RELEASEES" herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, or costs, on your account or that of a minor in your care caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the "Releasees" or otherwise including negligent rescue operations, and further agree that neither I nor anyone on my behalf or the behalf of any minor entering the Park can make a claim against any of the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, which may occur as the result of such claim. If any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid the balance, nothwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.
