After Hours Private Parties

A wonderful idea for an end of the Sport Season or Daycare Appreciation Party. The entire facility is yours for 2 or more hours.

Hours Available for Private Rental

MON - FRI: 4:30pm - 9:30pm
SAT: 8:00pm - 10:00pm
SUN: 6:00pm - 9:00pm

2 hour minimum rental - $125
Each additional hour is a flat rate of $60 per hour

Prices based on number of children (no charge for adults)
$125 includes up to 25 child admissions
$150 for 26-50 child admissions
$175 for 51-74 child admissions
$200 for 75-100 child admissions

Food and drinks may be added ahead of time or may be purchased individually at The Bamboo Hut.

Birthday and Group Parties

1. Reservations must be made 7 days in advance, based on availability. A $25 non-refundable down payment is required to hold a reservation. Down payment will be applied to the total.

2. Group rates apply for parties of 10 or more with advanced reservations, Mon. – Fri. 9:30am-3:00pm. This is a great place for school field trips, daycare outings, mom’s clubs, homeschool co-ops, and church gatherings.

3. One adult per 10 children ratio is required.

Private Parties

1. $75 Non-refundable deposit required

2. Parties are not allowed to exceed their allotted times. Additional fees will be charged for parties that stay late.

3. Guests may not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your private party as they will not be permitted into the premises until the start time.

4. Only Adult Booking Party may enter 15 minutes early if decoration set up is needed. Decorations are the responsibility of the party and must be disposed of properly. Please see list of decorations permitted.
